You know, I think I have to say thank you to a small group of Democrat people who are serving the people of The United States of America and whose salaries are contributed from the people of The United States of America’s working hard dollars. The group who is digging out all kinds of problems with Alligator Alcatraz for all of us to see.
Last Saturday, I chose to watch their press conference with the purpose of finding a mosquito that is big, big like an elephant, which I heard in one of the videos mentioned that someone is complaining from inside the Alligator Alcatraz place. I watched and waited and waited for a while, but it did not pop out yet, so I stopped watching… While watching, I heard something about “bunk beds”. Suddenly, I remember my bed which I slept on from when I was 9 or 10 until we left Vietnam, 17. The bed was built by my dad and was made from the bamboo tree/cây tre mỡ and /cây cao; the mattress was a thinned mat/chiếc chiếu which was made from a wildlife plant…
Okay, long story short, I came up with an idea to draw the bed, my bed, a special bed you cannot find anywhere, any more… I don’t know how to draw, but I came up with that kind of idea, it is crazy, is it right? Yeah, I did, I took a semester of art class as an elective class which was assigned by a counselor in high school in the US. I tried to remember what the bed looked like, and I drew it. Turns out, it is not bad.
You know what? A couple months ago, I told my niece I will search pictures around the internet and then give them to her, so she can draw a picture of a house which we lived there back then before we came to the USA. I told her, it could be extracted from a lot of pictures to come up with a picture close to the house/the place where we lived. I’m sure she can draw that because her drawing is very good, but I also, for sure, the picture will lack something which is only the person there, who lived there…
Once again, I have to say thanks to that group, especially a Democratic congresswoman who mentioned “bunk bed” while speaking at a press conference. If you asked me to draw something, especially something that was absent from my head for a while, almost 34 years, it was harder than you asking me to mow a five, ten acres of lawn with a push lawn mower or climb up to a tall mango tree up and down ten, twenty times continuously. However, I did it in less than half an hour, drawing a bed. I DID IT. Now, I have become an artist of drawing the bed my dad built…
For “abusing human beings here”, it did not appear in my dream at all. If I knew there was such a place like that, I would dream of it, dreaming every day, every hour, every minute, every second… I don’t think it was only me, but also all people of Vietnam…
Enclosed are pictures of my bed in Vietnam. I think the bed in the picture kind of looks nicer than the actual bed back then… The first image is a bed frame. The second image is bed flat form. The third image is a mattress. The last image is a bed without a mat mattress. Cool, is it right?

Yesterday, I was so excited that I did it; I didn’t realize that the picture was not completed at all. There are some missing and a little off in it. I acknowledged that after a long snap; a snap was just right after publishing the post out on my channel. That snap was from around 6 p.m. to almost 12 a.m. I only woke up when my stomach became noisy and then had trouble going back to sleep last night…
