April 12, 2025, Saturday. Anyway, my crazy thought #1, Vietnam Communist held a special session meeting to use it. Sadly, this is not discussed in the state where I live now; the House & the governor still battle for something. For more, I will add at the end of this post soon; I’m not feeling good now. The truth is that I’m about to cry now.

Here are some of my crazy/wild thoughts about how to get money to cover for the government expenses in order to get “no property tax” for non-rental properties only (except vacation properties) …
#1. Merge all 67-county tax appraisal and collection operation offices into one office for easy managing; at least by regions (North, Central, South) but one system. That will save a bunch of money like management, real estate, transportation, utility, employment, office, IT (system, computer, software, maintenance, other devices) … Right now, it seems each county is using a different system/software. It is also fair in appraising the property, distributing money to other government agencies… It’ll be controlled by the state, so easy and fast when making decisions, no need for DOGE to audit one by one and no need to waste time and money when needed to change something like getting a ballot to vote.
#2. Tax all properties equally, no exemption for the corporations (whether they create jobs or not) or lands (claim as agriculture use), landlords (don’t matter big or small business real estates), corporation rental properties, LLC rental properties, non-profit agency own (limited exemption on certain number of acres, not too many) …
#3. Tax on foreigners’ own properties higher including the corporations which use US firms to manage the property or the root base are not in the USA.
#4. Tax other rental properties… 1 property (tax but definitely no tax based on current market price); tax higher and higher based on categories like 2 – 5 properties, 6 – 10 properties, 11 – 20 properties…
#5. Tax vacation homes depend on the homeowners’ residency status … out of state homeowner properties, tax more on non-US residency homeowner properties.
#6. Trim all unnecessary spending.
#7. All government agencies use funds wisely. Return unused money back to the state.
#8. Save a lot of money, not waste time, no stress… School test. No statewide pass/fail/measure tests on students from K-12, so no stress for students and they are eager to go to school every morning; classroom teachers take care tests if they think the tests are needed but not for pass/fail issues. Because of FCAT, I heard that many good-hearted teachers left teaching. If there is no pass/fail academic test, how about implementing absentee for pass/fail class. The purpose is making students have to present in class every school day so they can absorb some sort of knowledge, so they can avoid bad influences around them, especially nowadays, they can access the internet where a bunch of communist junk stuff is collected.
#9. Save money… School Voucher program. Why do we need to have them? We have a great school system which was built for years already; improving if it is necessary. If any parents want their kids to go to private schools, they use their own money instead of public assistance money through nice words “school vouchers”. Some private schools were converted from long time abandoned grocery stores. Not only that, but there are also some sort of private school/programs operating inside the public library conference rooms. Kids in uniform hang around inside the libraries and the library yards. I wonder whether there are any school vouchers to these types of schools/programs or not. In the past years, some types of private schools in Maitland were part, part, part of some companies which relate through link-link-link type to China communist; so, we Floridian and US-friendly/honest visitors fed China communist for years but did not know.

#10. Save money… High School Comprehensive Test (HSCT)??? to earn a high school diploma. High school diploma is a key to entering college. Without a high school diploma, it’s done; having a high school diploma can attend college at any time in life. That’s what I thought when my brother was in high school; then, the result was that I did not give up on him until he passed the last portion exam (English); not an easy job especially dealing with an active person. He’s smart but he just didn’t care about the test and did not know or visualize how important a high school diploma is. Of course, his English is far better than mine; he continued the school from 6th grade when we got here while I had to continue where I left off, second-half of 10th grade instead of 11th grade. I know many families did not know how important a high school diploma is and neither do their children; and the result is that some of their children did not have a high school diploma. In the past, there was no writing section test, just Math and English.
#11. Save money… Dual program. No dual program (high school – college credits) which creates boring for the students after high school and makes students not eager to go further. I saw that happen to kids around my neighborhood. I heard my ____ saying that she heard many stories about dual programs too (not positive/too stress/many works). We are kind of trying to make my nephew rethink about a dual program which he will attend next year. To me, for school, just let them be high school students and enjoy their kid time school left.
#12. Save money… Homeschool voucher. Not sure if homeschool vouchers existed or not; but if it’s yes, then eliminate it. It’s not only saving money but also, kids can socialize more than just circling around the house without much interaction with other different people. Also, those kids have less chance of catching mental ills.
#13. Save money… AP class. If passing an AP national exam (score of 3 to 5), a student earns college credits for that class. If the exam result does not meet the score of 3, then there is no college credit at all. The only enjoyable thing is GPA higher (A as 5.0/4.0 instead of 4.0/4.0, B as 4.0/4.0 instead of 3.0/4.0 and C as 3.0/4.0 instead of 2.0/4.0). If after graduating, a student doesn’t attend college, then it wastes money. Not only that, some schools/teachers kind of focus on getting more AP students, then just randomly pick and assign AP classes to students… Let them be a normal student, getting less stress and having fun with the school time left with their friends and classmates because it won’t be the same anymore and unable to go back after graduating high school.
#14. Save money… Employee. No use of temp agencies or contracts as much as possible because too much cost. If it’s good management, then there is not necessarily using them.

Wow, if I have the power to execute those above things, people will chase me off, dig out my family… vanish my parents’ graves; anyway, my parents do not have graves. Then the only thing is I have to run for my life. Not only that, VCP is so excited because they have something to pick out against the State of Florida, the United States of America, the governor, the president of the United States of America, Vietnamese American/American of the Republic of Vietnam descent… Like we talked about the problem of property taxes, HOA, condominium and insurance issues and…, they hang around those stuff and against the governor in the comments of videos, articles… Not many on social media like YouTube anymore because I named it out already. They started other places… smart, smart of an evil… No problem, I have more chances to catch fish, big fish, snook, sharks… VCP. I’m kind of off topic now. (4/16/2025 5:00 A.M. Wednesday)
