Hahaha… it’s still better than where I live, they never, never, never ever send out any of that kind of document, except the bill. If the homeowners want an annual financial statement, they need to send a written request; it’ll be available after next March for this year. Most homeowners scare to death to request them. Other homeowners are kind of sweety/buddy to property management firm/manager and the board members, so they’re free of mind of living in the community; those kinds of homeowners always try to avoid talking about HOA when you bring it up…
Forget about a financial document, they are not even sending out the proposal for next coming year. All of the homeowners where I live just pay as HOA said.
