A Message to Chickasaw Trails HOA

This is a copy of a mailed out one.

As the early of 2024, I did, sent an official check (cashier check) of $673 which written by the bank to Chickasaw Trails HOA at the same address as I sent one last year (2025), but I don’t know how come you, Shawn Thornton/property manager of the management firm for Chickasaw Trails HOA, did not get it as you said so.  Not only that, but I also sent it as certified mail which I had to pay an extra more than $9 to mail.  I made myself to the post office and walked in to let the post office clerk process and then pay and she took care of the rest after that.  I went to USPS (Ventura branch) on the corner of Curry Ford Road and Goldenrod Road.  But anyway, I will find that issue later.

Here is what you told me what to do in the letter you sent to me saying you did not receive it.  I went to my bank and asked them to find out because I did not see them put the money back into my bank account anywhere, anytime…  They told me that Chickasaw Trails HOA has not cashed/claimed the check yet and needs to claim it with the bank by going to the bank and signing a paper.  They cannot put the money back in my bank account because it is paying to the third party.  They told me that I just give Chickasaw Trails HOA the number, which I provided it in the letter I mailed out last year (January 2025) with a certified check for 2025 HOA fee to the same address with the same processing, which Chickasaw Trails HOA sent me a confirmed letter saying that the HOA received it.

Once again, if you cannot find a memo (check information) which I sent last year, then here it is.

Also, I mailed out a letter requesting a financial statement of 2024, which Chickasaw Trails HOA said we can request it after March 2025, but I have not received it yet.
