I don’t care what they do, as long as they don’t use public funds.

After watching the clip, I found out that, yeah, they don’t use property taxes, but instead they use tourist taxes.
My question is why they don’t use that money to take care things relating to serve the people (which including tourists) like fire, police… and school instead of forcing “roof-over-head”/”place-to-live” houses (property taxes) to cover for that while those properties don’t generate any money at all.
Don’t claim that it is creating jobs or having more jobs. People don’t care because they and their families suffer a lot of way more than that.

Are you sure these jobs the people of the State of Florida, especially the people of Central Florida, are able to have? I mean legally people.
Besides, how many bad things such as drugs involve and how many law enforcements are needed to solve the problems at the time and after; and how many impact things later on and on.
So, to me, as long as public funds are used, it doesn’t matter how many jobs are created, nobody likes to hear or want it to happen.
For job creation, just let companies, people, businesses and private sectors take care. They open business and create jobs, they gain more money for themselves and their investors. They become rich and richer. If they don’t, they will like the rest of us; unpopular…
