Don’t forget these houses had some done inside and outside of the houses such as new roofs, kitchen upgrades, bathroom upgrades, new fences, new central air conditions, new water heaters… pool renovations. Also, don’t forget about 6% sale commission (real estate firms/realtors). Not done yet, might possibly file income taxes at the year end.
