Is it AT&T idiot?  I don’t want to use the word, “idiot,” but I have to.  You know why? I don’t have the internet; how come I know AT&T asked me to return the equipment.  Also, AT&T has never sent me anything through mail (US mail) at all since I connected the internet with AT&T.  AT&T failed to send me a promotion gift card of $250.  I said that issue with AT&T customer service. He said he will send a message to the department of whatever he said taking care of the promotion and then they will let me know through email.  Last month, I was able to get online to access my email I’m using with AT&T (safe way), I checked, there was nothing.  Also, AT&T overcharged me for a week which I already told the agent, but nothing responded back to me about that.  Not only that, AT&T charged me a reconnection fee every time I paid late which I did not know because I did not receive anything through mail.  Every time, my internet was just stopped working and a message popped up asking me to pay, I thought it just made the payment, that’s it.  I did not know that AT&T was going to charge me the reconnection fees and late fee (due to the fact that I do not know the due date).  AT&T is taking advantage of people.  It’s funny that I just made the payment and then AT&T connected the internet back right away, just in less than five minutes, sometimes, just less than a minute or 30 seconds, but AT&T charged that kind of connection fee for $35.  Moreover, AT&T changed the monthly price by raising it up every time AT&T charged me LATE FEES and RECONNECTION FEES but never told me ahead of time.  AT&T failed to disclose to me RECONNECTION FEE and CHANGE THE PRICE at the time I made the payments.  There are many more, I’m unable to list all of them right now due to I’m using the public internet which is going to close soon.
