Here is another crazy thought. Actually, it’s crazy or not, depending on who sees it. The future of all local government leaders and all high-profile staff need to learn or to be trained on management, financial, marketing… so the counties can have a chance to generate income for the local government operation instead of eye on people’s money. The most important thing is they need to learn how to manage money, spend money… squeezing every penny as possible. Then, that is a big help for everybody. If they cannot control their own finances, such as spending, they should not get the positions. Also, they need to keep in their minds that any penny they spend on whatever is a penny of someone’s working hard penny who is living stingy out there.
