An Email to Orange County Utilities (Jan 31, 2026, 1:05 AM) 2nd

I sent a previous email saying that I do not owe $30. Why it’s still showing on the next coming bill with late fees charge. I did make a payment for the real bill $29.26. For a $30 plus fee which total up is $31.35, I am not responsible for that; so, I’m asking OUC to remove that from the account.
