Why is there nobody talking and having a 100% commitment of getting rid of property taxes? I’m still thinking about getting the right and reasonable answer. Yeah, they do, brought up to the table for things like they called a discussion and then passed and forth… Finally, the property, ending up, has to pay more and more taxes while itself could not make a dime or generate any penny, but, instead, itself needs the help from the people to maintain, fix…
If standing on the side of the property, it is just an object and unable to move here and there. Why force it to pay taxes?
If standing on the side of the US Constitution, I don’t think there is anything or anywhere in that claiming/saying that the property which is laying on The United of America soil must pay taxes. Also, there is nowhere in that saying that if the property is unable to make the tax payments, it’s surrendered by the government through the thing like “property tax debt certificate” and then is sold through the auction. Those people purchased the property, if I’m not wrong, they’re investors. So, the government makes the way for the investors to scoop up the properties from others officially, is it right?
If standing on the side of property owners, that (the property taxing) is like a “r.a…i.n.g” thing to them again, again and again and for years about the roof over their heads.
Why does the government let it happen for years? Many properties were taken away from the people… causing many people and families suffering years long.
I know that when I talk about property taxes, there are many people who do not like me, especially investors, clinics, institute researchers and studies (especially cancer stuff)… and politicians. I don’t care and don’t mind whether any of them like me or not; I just talk those things out of my mind to make me feel better, rather than hold them inside… If you are concerned about my broken English, that’s fine with me.
