Colors of your houses

• You cannot repaint your own houses with the colors you like or you want or you need.
• You must ask HOA’s board members* for permissions to repaint your own houses**.
• You must repaint your houses ASAP when they said no to the colors you chose.
• You must go with the colors they like, they want you to have…
• You get fined and/or sued if you don’t follow their orders in the changing of colors of your houses in a timely manner.

**your own houses** – who pay? who maintenance? whose income to qualify to buy? who pay property taxes?
property managers – who are they? their backgrounds? background checks? their education levels?
